Recruiting referral policy

Contacts who refer a candidate or client to us are eligible for the referral bonus if the referral results in a successful placement with our company.

To be eligible for the bonus, the referral must come through the contact's personal or professional network. The contact will refer the candidate or client to one of our recruiters or the recruiting firm. The referral must also result in a successful placement.

For candidate available for hire referrals the you will receive 2k bonus, and if you refer us a client who is looking to fill a role you will receive 10% of the total commission paid out by the company, 90 days after the start date of the candidate.

Payment will be made via check or electronic transfer 90 days after the start date of the candidate.

The referral bonus is not applicable for referrals that are already in our database or have been previously contacted by our company.
