Founder mark speaks with Forbes.jobs
Why did you become a recruiter?
My journey to becoming a recruiter began in college when I had a mentor who introduced me to the industry. He taught me how to land my first job through a recruiter, which eventually led me to fall in love with the field. After exploring pre-dental studies, I found my way back to business and ended up pursuing recruiting.
One of my favorite aspects of being a recruiter is the art of negotiation. Finding solutions that benefit all parties involved is a skill I pride myself on. When working with companies to build out their teams, I make sure that all candidates are a remarkable fit for each other. However, I understand that sometimes people and companies can lose sight of their true goals, and that's where my specialized consulting agency sets us apart from other recruitment firms. We work tirelessly to help people get back on track and find their perfect match, ensuring that they achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
The impact of my work for years to come is what makes recruiting so rewarding for me. I find it exhilarating to watch candidates thrive in their new roles, and seeing companies scale quickly thanks to the talented people that join their teams is a great feeling. Recruiting is not just a job, it's a passion that allows me to leave a remarkable impact on as many people as possible while earning a living.
